Ariel Gail
Professor Gail S. Goodman teaches psychology at the University of California Davis. The professor is also Director of the Center for Public Policy Research. It is believed that she was the one responsible as the pioneer of modern studies of eyewitnesses' memory, and the role of children in witnessing. Professor Goodman who is a prolific author with many papers and grants and is the recipient of a variety of international and national awards. She has consulted with numerous governments and agencies throughout the globe on policy and studies on children as victims within the legal system. She also serves as a consultant for the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center. (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) Sacramento County Child Protective Services. She is a part of numerous professional associations that include Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association. Prof. Goodman is a fellow of the Psychonomics Society Society for Research in Child Development American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children and also the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. She was president of American Psychological Association Divisions for Child and Family Policy and Practice Division American Psychology Law Society and Division Developmental Psychology.
